Has held important positions in leading Companies and acted as a Consultant to several other Companies. He has a very good experience in Product & machine Design, Fabrication & maintenance, Applications Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, System Management, Technical Services, Costing, and Marketing of Industrial Products.

 Mr. D. B. Shah. (B.Com., C.A.) :-
Has held senior positions as an Accountant, Auditor etc. in several Companies and also served as a Consultant to many leading Companies. He has good experience in Accounts, Audit, Administration Finance, Exports / Imports documentation, Product Costing, Purchase, Stores & inventory management/ control, Supply chain Management, Law and company affairs, Taxation etc.

  Quality Certification:

The company is Certified for its Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2000 by TUV INDIA Pvt. Ltd. vide Certificate No. QM0100033. The company is currently in the process of acquiring TS 16949:2002 certification. The company is also in the process of acquiring ISO 14001:2001, OHSAS 18001:2007 (Environmental, Health and Safety certification) during the course of the current year (2009).

The factory is located in the idyllic, salubrious city of Nashik, which is located near the western ghats and at the distance of approximately 180 Km from the Metropolitan port city of Mumbai. It is well connected by road, rail and air to Mumbai. It is also well connected with an industrial town of Pune by road & rail and hence forms a golden triangle for development emphasis with Mumbai & Pune. It is also well connected with several other towns and cities in India. Being in the hinterland of the port city of Mumbai, its strategic location with respect to Import / Export trade need not be over-stated.

The Company has a variety of Machineries such as Internal Rubber Mixers, Mixing Mills, Extruders, Short Blasting Machine, De-rusting / De-greasing/ Phosphating Passivation / Plating Machinery, Drying Ovens, Spray systems, Automated & computerize Injection and Transfer Moulding machines, Lathes , Grinders (Centerless / Bench ), Drills (Vertical / Radial ), Milling Machine, Pantograph, Hack-saw Machine, Welding Machines (Arc / MIG / CO2), Gas Cutting Equipment, Rubber Sheet Punching, Assembly Hydraulic Presses, Pneumatic Identification Punching Press, etc. The Company makes many of its own Product Moulds & Dies In-House.

The company has sophisticated and advanced testing equipments such as computerized ultimate tensile machine (UTM), Computerized Rheometer, Mooney Viscometer, Flame Test Apparatus( as per Renault Specifications), Direct Reading Specific Gravity Balance, Muffle Furnace, Ageing Oven, Verity of Gages , Fixtures & Instruments, Chemical Testing Apparatus & Glassware, Flume Chamber , A Lab Scale Mixing Mill & Hydraulic Presses are also available for compound testing and validation using test slabs and button for new compounds developments and existing compounds.
Equipments and Fixtures for measuring axial, radial, torsional & conical stiffnesses are also available. Facilities for cyclic load deflection dynamic testing and product life testing are also installed.
