Bush Rear Suspension
Description:
These
bushes are used to dampen vibration between leaf springs
as well as rear suspension of the vehicle to the Chassis
Location:
On the rear side of the Chassis
and in the eyes of the leaf springs
Usage:
This bushes used in the rear
suspension and in the edges of the leaf springs of Mahindra
& Mahindra's Scorpio Vehicle. This design is also very
similar to the designs of similar bushes used in several
vehicles manufactured abroad with minor dimensional differences
in height and diameters.
Brake Rod Bush
Description:
These are used in the brake
assembly for enabling smooth braking without vibrations
being transmitted to the brake pedal. This is made of neoprene
rubber with fabric covering on the top and bottom surfaces
to withstand the effects of heat and abrasion during braking
Location:
In the brake assembly
Usage:
On Tata 207 family of Vehicles
such as tata sumo, Sierra, Tata Estate and Tata Mobile
Assembly Rubber Bush Top Link
Description:
Used to absorb vibration
between the top link and the Chassis in rear suspension
of vehicles
Location:
Top link of rear suspension
Usage:
In Tata Sumo and Tata Mobile.
Similar design is used in Mahindra & Mahindra and other
vehicles
Assembly Rubber Bush Bottom Link
Description:
Used to absorb vibration
between the bottom link and the Chassis in rear suspension
of vehicles
Location:
Bottom link of rear suspension
Usage:
In Tata Sumo and Tata Mobile.
Similar design is used in Mahindra & Mahindra and other
vehicles

Description:

In the upper arm of the
Pivots of the front suspension of Vehicles
Usage:
In Tata 207 Family and Mahindra
& Mahindra Scorpio Vehicles. Similar design used in
other vehicles
Shock Absorber Bushes
Description:
Used on the top and the
bottom of shock absorbers for absorbing vibrations
Location:
On the top & bottom
of shock absorber Linkages
Usage:
In all vehicles
